Welcoming staff, friendly yet very professional. Antonio and Gennaro take you through the showroom and let you enjoy the showroom and proudly share manufacturers insight and models. Moto Guzzi and Augusta and Royal Enfield are motorcycles with huge history and appeal. Going to grab mine next week
The best Moto Guzzi dealer, super professional people, always available and uniquely kind. I recently picked up my beautiful Moto Guzzi V7 Centenario and I am super satisfied. I thank Antonio and Maurizio who followed me from the purchase phase to the end. I will definitely go back to them when I need to have my bike serviced. A thousand thanks
I found friendly and helpful staff and excellent offers for purchasing Royal Enfield motorbikes.
IT IS DANGEROUS TO HAVE ASSISTANCE FROM THE DOTOLI WORKSHOP. completely inefficient and arrogant workshop. I buy a Himalayan, after 300 km I point out that it has broken steering bearings... they write me off. I insist, they tell me everything is ok. in the end I had them changed by another workshop and they were broken. at 5 thousand km I break the distribution... they repair it (I pay 280 euros for the repair, no more than a guarantee) and after a while I lose oil because they closed the cylinder head incorrectly... I go to another workshop and I fix it immediately, but I decide to trust and change the bike , I buy a GT650 from Dotoli... it comes out with a deformed wheel rim, I point it out and I
they say to walk on it as it passes (but isn't it dangerous!!????) after insistence they confess to me that they hadn't even tried it, I take it to the tire dealer and he diagnoses me with a crooked rim. I take the motorbike to Dotoli, after a laugh, they change my wheel with a USED one. I go out, the pressure was at 1.4... is it possible that they didn't even inflate it??? they just want to sell, if you have a problem, even a serious one that could cause danger, they don't care, if anything they just have a laugh, it's you who gets hurt anyway... then at most they'll sell you another motorbike. The friendliness of the owner is misleading... I strongly advise against it. These are just some of the inefficiencies that I won't list so as not to be too verbose.
Dispassionate and priceless commentary.
The kindest, most knowledgeable person I've ever met. Maurizio really made me change my mind in the category. And I've been around... Only here will you truly feel at ease..
I bought my first Vespa here, as it was my first two-wheeled vehicle I was allowed to take a short tour in the square to get familiar with it and above all they delivered it directly to my home.
In this sense I would like to thank Mr. Antonio Vernucci who followed me in the purchase and delivery.
Beautiful dealership, friendly and available for all your questions...
Kindness and seriousness on the part of all the employees and then what can I say thanks to our beloved doctor Dotoli Maurizio, a more than serious person who carries out his work with love and passion 💪✌️🏍️ …
This is a magical place, first of all because the owner is a great gentleman, like all the people who work for him, and then because it feels like being at home, pampered and informed about everything, from the news (which never fails), to discounts on purchasing. Always available to let you try the bike you are interested in, and always ready to offer you a coffee, or to invite you to a scheduled meeting. Furthermore, the location is very beautiful, large, full of dedicated gadgets.
You would never leave
